rental policies
- Payment is required when reservation is set. We accept cash, check or credit card. However, a valid credit card number is required at the time of booking to cover damage policy.
- Setup details are agreed upon at time of booking (i.e. verbiage, colors, accents, extras, etc.). Changes or additions to setup order inside of 24-hour window of setup will incur a $25 fee.
- Renter agrees and is responsible for any damaged or missing components of the setup. Renter agrees to and must advise honoree and any other parties against moving or altering the setup in any way. Renter’s credit card will be charged for damages resulting from violation of this agreement.
- Damage policy is a $20 penalty per piece (letter, number, accent) of setup. Greeting Yards will advise renter at the time of pickup if any penalties will be assessed.
- Greeting Yards, Practical Promotions, LLC and all representatives ARE NOT LIABLE for any injury or damage to individuals or renter’s property while the setup is on-site.
- Cancellations must be made a full 24 hours prior to setup time. Setup time is 8 p.m. CT on the evening before your target day. Any cancellation made beyond the deadline results in surrendering the full booking fee.
- A refund WILL be made in the event Greeting Yards has to cancel the booking due to weather, illness, etc. However, Greeting Yards will go above and beyond to ensure the booking is honored. Renter will be notified by phone of if an extraordinary situation should arise.
- There will be no refund for any circumstances deemed detrimental to the setup (i.e. dangerous pets, denied access, no communication from renter, etc.).
- Renter agrees to allow Greeting Yards to use photos of setup for marketing and promotional purposes. Renter can decline by request.
setup policies
- Setup details are agreed upon at time of booking (i.e. verbiage, colors, accents, extras, etc.)
- Setup time is after 8 p.m. on the evening before the agreed upon target date. Greeting Yards will contact renter by text message prior to setup en route to the install site.
- If yard is dry/ground hard, please make arrangements for lawn to be watered during the late afternoon hours of setup day. Setup could be jeopardized with no refund should the ground be too hard for install. Also, please make sure pets are secured prior to arrival. These details will be conveyed during confirmation on previous day.
- Pickup will be after 7 p.m. on target date. Setup can remain overnight of target date for a fee of $40. Certain circumstances may alter pickup time (i.e. inclement weather, etc.). Renter will be notified by phone/text.
